1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

BikMedia is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and trusted environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for content or activities that exploit or endanger children.

This policy applies to all users of BikMedia and any services provided by BikMedia.

2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We explicitly prohibit the following conduct within our app and associated services:

Prohibited Activity	Description
CSAM / CSEM	Creation, upload, storage, distribution, solicitation, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSEM).
Grooming	Any interaction intended to sexually exploit, manipulate, or coerce a minor.
Sexual Content Involving Minors	Any sexually explicit content, language, or imagery involving minors.
Sexual Solicitation	Attempts to trade, sell, or advertise sexual services involving minors.
Sexualized Commentary	Lewd or sexualized comments directed toward minors.

3. Enforcement Actions

• Immediate removal of the violating content
• Permanent suspension of the user account
• Reporting to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law
• Cooperation with law enforcement authorities

We do not issue warnings for CSAE-related violations. Zero tolerance means zero exceptions.

4. Reporting Violations

Users, parents, or guardians can report violations via:

All CSAE-related reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

5. Age Restrictions

BikMedia is intended for users aged [13+ / 18+]. If a user is found to be underage or misrepresenting their age, their account will be terminated immediately.
